After more than a month of careful preparation, Wabertec 2017 plateau calibration team on June 29th officially departed for the worst natural environment in China to carry out the engine plateau, high temperature and alpine calibration test.
 

 

      In order to complete a variety of engine altitude calibration test work, technology center to develop a detailed calibration plan from the beginning of June plateau, embarked on a series of preparatory work, including vehicle maintenance and inspection, test and prepare spare parts etc. Members of the test team have already made adequate preparations for the plateau reaction and test failures that may arise during the plateau calibration test.
      The car is in the high temperature plateau test under extreme conditions to meet an overall product quality requirements, calibration personnel should be strict in demands at work, the problems exposed, so that we can continue to solve the problem, in order to improve the quality of the whole car, for the future to lay a solid foundation for a customer satisfaction of the car.
 

 

      Wabertec calibration team plateau high temperature test through Golmud - Turpan, travel thousands of miles, difficult conditions, high temperature, hypoxia is a great challenge to the calibration staff. The test personnel overcame many difficulties and braved the hardships. Under the premise of ensuring the safety of personnel and vehicles, they tried to complete the alpine cold test. In the course of this calibration work, they broaden their horizons and know the importance and necessity of scientific and standardized experiments to improve product quality.
